This is only ever mentioned in canon once, so I'm not completely sure how this would affect the person drinking his blood, if it would at all. So I'd leave it up to you.

II. Can Drusilla mess with your character's mind? Sure. Leo's the best turtle at the mental stuff, so he probably has mental walls. But a good psychic could get past them.

a) Sure. It's a bluish aura. Again, Leo's the best at mental stuff, plus one of the best at chi(bested only by Mikey). He's good at hiding his emotions even in his aura/chi, and pretty much has a chi poker face on most of the time.
